Series 35/50/70/80 Compact Processing Units

The Waterpress is a very compact and economic 'tower version' processing unit with horizontal washout for all types of letterpress plates.

The exposure is located in a drawer which is mounted on slides. Washout time and water temperature are computer controlled.

The two drying drawers are fitted with a thermo fan equipped with a heater. The drying time is computer controlled and the temperature is thermostat controlled.

Key Advantages

• The Waterpress unit consists of: An exposure drawer; a horizontal washout; and a dryer.
• The exposure is located in a drawer which is mounted on all sides. The unit is fitted with a vacuum pump and a blower to maintain the correct temperature during exposure. Back and main exposure times are computer controlled.
• Washout: The stainless steel tank is fitted with a heating device. The plate, which is fixed on a rigid plate holder; rubs against the horizontal brush mounted above it in two directions. Washout time and water temperature are computer controlled. A buzzer signals the end of the washout cycle.
• Dryer: The two drying drawers are fitted with a thermo fan equipped with a heater. The drying time is computer controlled and the temperature is themostats controlled.
